future trends in supplements

Just a few of my thoughts and opinions on the past/future of supplements... there has been two major breakthrough type products in the past 15 years(my own opinion here). started with creatine monohydrate in the early-mid 90's,,sales have remained high because it is an effective product for most. variants of the product have branched off this idea with CEE and such... next we have the prohormones/steroids (1-TEST, 1-AD, M1T, nordiols etc..) they were effective for many, and product development was going strong right up until the PH ban. I really cant say there has been any more breakthrough type products.. a few manufacturers are trying to keep the PH idea alive, but now their line has gone towards estrogen inhibition..ehhh...lukewarm thoughts on that one..the future in the next few years looks bleak and bland..when something catches my eye i will let you know

its kinda like when ephedra got the axe...all companies based there products mainly on caffeine and things like synephrine, etc...lackluster.

vasodialators and "pump" products liek NO2 seem to be a quick fix and generally dont lead to significant gains. and of all the creatine formulations out there the bottom line still remains...a muscle can only hold so much creatine until it becomes saturated. So all the new formulas and combos out there (in my opinion) are very repetitive.

I do firmly believe a good quality protein, creatine program is well worth it.
