I've been all over this site reading, researching, and asking 1000000 questions, lol!!!! Well i am planning for my future/first cycle with injectables. I'd say about 7 years ago i did a dbol only cycle and gained a monsterous amount of weight, kept a good amount. Now I am planning for my first "real" cycle. i'm not planning on starting this until i gain at least another 5-10lbs naturally. i'm 2.5 months back into the gym from a 8-9 month lay off due to injuries.

Stats:
25yrs
5'11"
180 or so lbs
i'd guess 12% bf (total guess)
training on and off for 7-8yrs

Goals: stay lean as possible and get up around 195-200lbs. I do not want to get the BB look.

cycle plans so far;

1-10 test p 100mg EOD
1-10 var 50mg ED (not sure on this part really???)

one question i have with the test p is......one week i'll be shooting 400mg and the other 300mg, is that ok with the EOD injections?

i attached a spreadsheet of my diet. Have been pretty strict with it for some time now and seeing great results. Even though it is kinda high calories, i've been cutting bf extremely well.

please bash away if i needed. give me advice/recommendations. I'm here to learn, listen, and gain all the knowledge i can from the experienced people on the board. Sorry I am so long winded, just trying to get all the info out there i can
 
Yes one week you will be shooting 400 and the other three but take the amount of days your on cycle divide that in half (the amount of injects you will be doing). Then add up the total amount of gear that will be used the cycle and try and average it out. Im not that good at math but im a a shoter 6 weeks cycle right now of test prop eod but i first started @75mgs eod so i am so lost at the average ive been getting it lol.

Ok you asked for it. For starters, what the hell makes you think you need steroids to achieve your very modest goal? You want to gain 15-20 lbs. You want to be 5'11" and 195-200. That's pretty average bro. Lotta guys in my gym who workout 3-4 times a week and don't take roids have those stats.

Your goals are not out of reach at all for a natural lifter...so what gives? Are you just that lazy? If so, you're going to get small again with your "on again off again" lifting. Then you'll be back here in 6-12 months asking for advice on your next cycle and you'll weigh 185 instead of 180. :rolleyes:

Save your money and save the risks. Gain your weight the old fashioned way, through hard work and diet. I couldn't open your file btw, so I don't know what your diet is like. Probably not eating enough to grow though. Most people don't.

i know it is possible to reach my goals natural, but it would take me a long time to reach them and be as lean as i would like. i love the lean/vascular look and do not want to get bloated/bulky looking. as i also stated in my post, this is something i'm planning for in the future, not now.

Not lazy at all, my work out usually consist of 1hr weights (5-6 days a week) followed by 1.5-2hrs bball (2-3nights a week playing bball). I have always been skinny and lean, i now weigh more than ever and want to get that extra lean mass i haven't been able to get before.
If so, you're going to get small again with your "on again off again" lifting. Then you'll be back here in 6-12 months asking for advice on your next cycle and you'll weigh 185 instead of 180. :rolleyes:
i've actually been on the sight for 7+ years and never asked once about a cycle, never wanted to. just reading and learning. most of my "on again off again lifting" has been due to injury issues i've obtained from bball. example, two broken ankles last year, hence the 8-9month lay off.

Save your money and save the risks. Gain your weight the old fashioned way, through hard work and diet. I couldn't open your file btw, so I don't know what your diet is like. Probably not eating enough to grow though. Most people don't.

What made you choose Test-prop? Most people got with ethanate.

bloat, i want to stay very lean and most of my research has lead me to the conclusion prop is the better choice to achieve this.
 
how about the var part? will it be ok to go the entire 10weeks or will my liver/kidneys hate me?

I would bump up the protein to at least 2 to 2.5 grams per pound of bodyweight. Are you still BBalling? If so you'll need those carbs. You say you've always been skinny. I was always skinny too. I never really started gaining fat (even on 8000++ cals/day) until I hit about 33-34.

If you're concerned about staying lean, lower your carbs a bit, and increase your good fats (more olive, fish, flax oils). You might also use carb cut-offs (no more potato at dinner). Stick with lower GI carbs (use brown or basmati rice instead of regular white rice), and save the high GI carbs for PWO. Oh, and eat the apple preWO, and use a different high GI carb for postWO. Fruits carb/sugar source is fructose. Fructose has to be processed through the liver which is what makes it a poor choice postWO. I personally like waxy maize starch with BCAA's and creatine PWO, then 15-20 min. later I drink a whey isolate ion-exchange shake. I have my meal an hour later.

If you're still concerned with gaining fat, do AM cardio (low intensity stuff), and take a good green tea extract. When eating your meals, eat them in specific order. Eat protein first, then carbs. Don't mix fats with carbs (this will make you store fat). Be sure you're eating plenty of veggies. I'd add a good probiotic and psyllium husk (fiber source). If you take any fiber like psyllium or metamucil, take it away from your vitamins/supps/any meds. I take mine an hour after breakfast (when I take my vitamins/supps). This will help you keep good, healthy intestines (good when you're taking a lot of protein).

This is a good place to start. :) By the way, if you are interested in that waxy Maize Starch/BCAA/Creatine mix, I get it from a company called trueprotein.com (where I get my protein too). Their stuff is high quality at the lowest price. You can save 5% by ordering witha code (WIN821). Waxy Maize Starch works about 2-3 times as fast as dextrose/maltodextrin for glycogen replenishing/insulin spike. Next best thing to injecting glucose!

Also i agree with CEO and Enacer on this one bump up the protein intake. And if your looking to stay less bloated then prop is the way to go also watch your sodium intake as you will hold more water if you take in more sodium.
