In my gym there is a guy who is about 36 and has done 3 cycles with almost no gains. So I saw him yesterday and asked how he was doing....so he says fine I am on a cycle again....doing 300mg deca a week I am in my 4th week now but I'm switching on to primo 300mg a week for the next 4 weeks. I was like what the F@#$...why?
He tells me he is trying to get ripped and read somewhere that primo holds less water than deca does but he was already in the middle of his cycle when he read this so just taught why not switch. I had a hard time not laughing...so I asked why not doing winstrol or something since you wanna get ripped....so he says no don't like winstrol makes me hold water. His last cycle was a winstrol deca cycle so now he thinks the winstrol instead of the deca makes him hold water...I was like what the F#$% again and told him that I was sure that the deca makes him hold water not the winstrol and he just didn't believe me!!!!
We talked a little bit further and came to dieting and I asked him how many proteins, carbs and fats he was eating...So he says...no I don't believe in the protein story the only thing they do is make you fat and by the way I get plenty of protein though my diet...so my question was from what...he says....vegetables, rice and fruit....o man was I almost pissing my pants
So we talked a little bit more and came to training since he was trying to get ripped a instructor a my gym (an old man) offerd to help him. I know the instructor he is a good guy but knows s#$% about training and stuff. So he's telling me that he is loving the workouts with him...so I asked how are you working out then....he says high reps between the 20 and 50 alternated with reps between the 10-15 and that's per work out.....I wasn't getting it..so I asked if he could explain it to me...it came to this for every muscle group except for his legs he is doing between the 8-10 exercises per work out and tehy are all 4 sets long!!!! Ohhh man I had a hard time keeping my laugh.
So I asked why not the legs (he got those thin pencil legs)....I work the legs on the stepmachine for 30 min....I asked him why...for mass he says.....after this I just couldn't take it no more and just had to tell my work out buddy he tought I was joking. But yesterday we watched him working out he wasn't making it up...ohhh man since yesterday every time we talk about it we just can't stop laughing.
