Fun with War Protesters...

i was innocently driving on the streets of my fair city
today during a break between classes...

i drove by the federal building right off main street
and, for reasons unknown to me, there was a large group
of people holding signs in front of the building...

the signs had various anti-war sentiments expressed on
them with the majority whining about no war for oil...

seeing as i cant leave well enough alone, i parked my
vehicle and went to join the protesters...

now wait, ole bob wood aint no maggot infested liberal...

i began by asking questions to the protesters. I asked several
of them, how did they get there??? did they walk there to help lessen america's dependence on foreign oil??? i pointed out to them that the sidewalk that they were protesting on was laid by machinery powered by oil. i pointed out that the clothes that they were wearing were brought to them by machinery powered by oil. i pointed out that the rubber soles on their shoes were made with oil. i asked them what they had for lunch and pointed out that it was likely transported there by machinery powered by oil...

needless to say, some were not receptive to my socratic musings...

it scares me that people exist that cant understand one simple equation...

3000 dead people=countries that sponsor terrorism glowing in the dark...

is it really that hard???
