The interesting thing about that election is that with all the scandals and the hundreds of millions of dollars stolen by the Liberals, they still managed to get more of the popular vote than the elected Conservative party. Doesn't really put much faith in the new incoming goverment.

I heard a controversial talk-radio host got elected as an independent. Sort of a Canadian version of Howard Stern.
