Depends where you live. Some places you can just call and file over the phone and then everything is over an automated phone system. Some states you can do it online. Some you have to go to the unemployment office. Check your state's web site.

lol im not a thief. it was a work comp office. they bill for things they dont do. they bill incorrect dates. they charge $2995 for items that only cost $299. the owner has her boss working there under the table. the mom does a little filing here and there but most of the time she just sits and reads her book, then reports to her daughter of what we have been doing.

I was drawing unemployment for a few months...went into the labor dept. and filed, then called in every two weeks. Found a job that paid me under the table so I was actually making more while collecting...go figure. Everyone is taxed for unemployment, don't feel bad about collecting money you have already paid.
