Fuck. I woke up again. Why does this keep happening?

Why can't I just go to sleep and stay that way?
 
It's because as you get older your body stops producing as much "sleepy" drugs as it did when you were younger. So you basically run out in the middle off the night and wake up.
 
I think ya'll slightly misinterpreted what I meant. Saint, I'm sure you know. ;)

The results: Those who listened to a selection of soft, slow music experienced physical changes that aided restful sleep. "The difference between the music group and the control group was clinically significant," said lead author Hui-Ling Lai, vice director of nursing at the Buddhist Tzu Chi General Hospital and assistant professor at Tzu Chi University. "The music group reported a 26 percent overall improvement in the first week, and this figure continued to rise as they mastered the technique of relaxing to the sedative music."

This is the reason why waking up early is SO hard to do!

In addition, they suffered less dysfunction during the day since they had slept better the night before. Best of all, there are no side effects or pricey bills for prescription medicine. The research was published in the Journal of Advanced Nursing.

You're sweet. But once again, I don't have a sleep problem. I just don't want to wake up period. I'm not depressed, not looking for pity, just being honest.

Very often I don't want to wake up either. If it weren't for work, I would stay in bed all the time.
 
I think Biteme is so depressed he meant that he would have rather not woken up to face his daily misery. But rather, remained asleep as to shake this mortal coil and have eternal peace.

I got to get up to use the lav every night .If I'm in a bad mood, sometimes I can't fall alseep...
