I've been hittin the gym hard on and off for a couple years now, and am a hard gainer. To top that off, with my line of work, I get periods of time where I can't get there at all. I work hard just to lose. I've decided to get some help with some harder supplements now. I have pink Thai D-bol, but unsure of the dosage, and what to take with it. Any suggestions would help.
P.S, Phobia of needles

bro, if you cant work out all the time, nothing is gonna help you. and even if you do the dbol, by itself, it will make you gain some mass, but you;ll lose most of it once you come off.

alltraps is right...you really need to be consistent in your workouts & diet before considering AAS...the purpose of AAS is to get you past your genetic limits, not to be used as a supplement. Have you tried 'real' supplements? But then again, to get the max benefits, you need to be consistent in your diet/training.

yup.. how many times a week do u workout, on average..
and u can take test with it... needles aren't bad at all.. i was scared at first... but now i am not... im gona go stick myself in a few actually!

Thanks for the input. I've had decent gains in the past with a good schedule and diets, and that's how I went from a skinny kid out of high school (6'1 165lbs), to 185lbs now. That seems to be as far as my body's willing to go naturally. When I say I can't keep a decent schedule, I mean there's a few weeks here and there where I will only get a couple decent workouts a week. But now, I have a couple months ahead of me I'm gonna be good to go.

man if you ain't go the time to dedicate yourself to the gym, then don't make aas part of your life. Its worthless taking dbol one week and working out only the next you take dbol but do jack shit but work your job.

I was gonna flame you, but then I saw you're Canadian, so I'll be nice. :qt:

Explain your workouts and your diet in as much detail as possible. We can definitely help you here. We need your workout split, macronutrient ratios, calories, how many meals you eat, etc. The whole shazam!

If everything is fine there (which I doubt), and you're still dead-set on doing steroids (d-bol, since you're a wuss :coffee: ), I would recommend a 30mg a day (split into 3 doses) cycle that lasts 4 weeks, with proper PCT (post-cycle-therapy) consisting of nolva and clomid for a couple of weeks. Honestly, needles don't hurt. I had the craziest needle phobia ever before I first stuck myself. As a matter of fact, before I stuck myself I had one injection in my entire life (not including what you get when you're born)! After the first couple of sticks, you get used to it. As a matter of fact, I enjoy poking myself these days:)

i disagree with the above. i think juice is great for hard working people the cant get to the gym like they could when they were kids-basically as a supplement. to be fair, i stick to cutting stuff only given my lame circumstances

Can you please say that in english? :goof: :eek2:

look, this is a lifesyle. You don't put a pin in your ass and look like arnold in 10 weeks, thats what the media would have you believe with the MLB bullshit. you have to have every part of your shit down and locked-diet,work(gym time),pct, EVERYTHING!! this is not rec. bullshit, study, study, you don't sit on your ass and pop tabs...if any bro's disagree, let me know......good luck, jc

It's a lifestyle.

Steroids are for those who live that lifestyle.

Just eat a high protein diet and workout as often as you can. When your situation PERMITS, use steroids.
