Time to moan/grumble. I've read it all. I just can't find the willpower to sustain very low carb diets (keto or opus) and I hate the fact that I am weaker on such. I like doing cardio but it's like the more I do, the hungrier I get 
I'm sure many have been in the same boat. I am more than ever convinced that genetics have a huge role and some ppl are just meant to carry a certain BF%. I'm not doing T3. I have a tonne of clen but I'm saving it for when I'm closer to my goals.
I have the mass and shape I like, I'm 5'9(.5
) 210, ~15% BF.
Not really looking for advice here, like I said I've read it all, just can't seem to make it happen.
So fukkit........ starting Fina next week, 8 weeks I figure at 50 EOD (I know I could go higher but I am not trying to bulk, just maintain while I increase cardio even more.) I've bulked before with Deca + Winny.
