Researchers conducted a comparative nutritional analysis of 25 common fruits and ranked them according to nutrient density. Kiwi comes out the winner, followed by papaya and mango. Kiwi contains the highest amount of vitamin C — nearly twice that of an orange — and significant amounts of magnesium. Additionally, kiwi, papaya and apricot outranked bananas and oranges as the top high-potassium fruits.
