Im going to place another order today but have a question if someone can answer this. I usually use 10% maltodextrin in my mix and have on accasion substituted the whole 10% with fructose or I have done a 50/50 of each totaling 10%. Is their any difference glycemic wise or should I say will one make you gain bad weight anymore than the other or help more than the other. I like using fructose because the mixes taste a lot better with some added and i figured maltodextrin wasn't really that great of a carb anyway. Thanks in advance for any aswers.
