frozen npp

just got my bd npp, it was frozen. i have thawed it out but now it looks to have like 100's for fiberglass looking particles floating around in it.what the hell should i do and is this normal.

I guess you could try heating it and see if you can suspend it again..how to do that i wouldn't know
