frozen npp, what now

ok guys, i just got this bd 200mg npp, and it was frozen. it is now thawed but it looks to have like 100's of fiber glass looking pieces floating around in it. what the hell should i do.

Good advice and HUGE catch on the stopper.... I could just imagine if that vial stated to boil!
