frozen cottage cheese

My fiance just brought home three 1lb tubs of cottage cheese. I noticed that everyone is halfway frozen. Is this cottage cheese ruined? Does the freezing destroy the casien protein at all? I don't think it would matter, but just want to make sure.

I doubt it's ruined, and NO freezing doesn't destroy the protein :)
