i tried it

i thought it tasted gross but it was tolerable. i had vanilla didnt notice a significant change in anything.

I've seen this when I ordered something else from them - how do you take it. Also, has anyone used the egg protein vs. using egg whites? Is it worth buying?

The vanilla is OK, if a little bit dry.

However, I've never had a sweet tooth at all, so I didn't find the idea of eating frosting very appealing.

I emailed the company and they said that within a week they will post the nutritional table on their website.
