Anyone start yet??

If so, lets do a thread on the training board and post the workouts along with diet breakdown, etc.
 
I'm actually starting today. I didnt start on monday cause I got out of work later than expected and I didnt want to rush it. I was going to do it yesterday but I didnt wanna ruin the whole mon wed fri thing...Also by the time I got home Predator was on tv.:rolleyes:
 
I start today too. My gym closed early on monday. (fuckers :mad: ) I'd be happy to chart mt progress on the training site if someone wants to start a thread.

I'm starting friday - I need to use the next few days to see if I'm getting laid off.

been eating like shit recently, so I'm now using fitday.com to track what I'm eating and working out and all that.

like magic.
 
If you guys are starting a three day a week compound program what are you doing the other four? Circle Jerk Competition prep? Chasing austrian midgets who still wear leotards around small enclosures? looking for a Canadian with a sense of Humour? What?

Actually I was going to PM you about how I could "FIX" that problem but since its out in the open wtf do I do with 21 in bis and 22 in forearms? I've a major case of Popeye going on here!!

Do you use Spellwin's Triple Threat stuff? If so, how did you list that on fitday. I went there and am going to try to track my diet too.

Go to the supplements pase and get the break-down per scoop.


I think it is the best out there, and that includes the Protein Factory.

I went to the page on george's site and got the nutritional info and then added it as a custom food at 1 serving size being the 3 scoops.
it then recalls that for you - I have the vanilla and choc both there since they have slightly different cal and carb amounts.

I meant, how do I list it on fitday. They are very specific about the products and I can't find a fill-in-the-blank section I can list my triple threat in. And it's such an important part of my diet, I have to include it as accurately as possible.

There is an option on there for doing a customized food selection.

It's one of the 4 ways to "add a food" for the day.

Total up the c/p/f and calories - call it protein shake and you're set.

then after putting in what I was eating... well, no wonder i'm not growing and am cut and losing weight.... I was at like half that.

Well - I rec. 4000-5000 on these programs.

Scrap - how many cal/pound did it say for you?

Do NOT follow fitdays recommendations.

63 grams of protein per day. LOL!!

Do this 4000 calories on a 40/30/30 split

400 grams carbs
300 grams protein
120 grams of fat
 
without any working out it said 3023 and I'm down to fucking 200 right now (6'3" - yeah yeah, skinny I know).

I'm trying to add enough - I get a ton of protein, so that is good - I think I need to get back to my Udo's choice for the cals... I'm using this week to build up back to what I was eating before and then moving up - slow and steady

Good call. I always do 1.5 tblespns in each shake.

BTW - Remember:

Udo's + Creatine loading = explosive results!!

hmmm, didn't know this.

when I was doing lots (for me) of creatine and glutamine, I got really puffy - so I'm gunshy of those. then again, I don't recall how much test I was on either - so perhaps it was that :)

Were you taking any anti-estros as they will only affect estrogen-related water. Will not affect creatine, cell volumizers.

I was taking .25mg a day of IPs ari, but now I take 1-2mg of it (well, in liquidex form) a day - I'm on nothing now. helping me come back with clomid too.

I'll have to start up the creatine again and see what happens.

If Dex was used, then the puffiness was from the crea/gluta.

Puffy nips maybe. That IS a sign of being estrogen related. But usually not a puffy face, etc.

How much T are you using??

1000:1 ratio for Test:Arimidex
 
This is hardly heathly butI want my caloric intake as high as possible..My Lunch consists of a whole box o mc and cheese..Roughly 1200 calories, 33gm protein, lots of sodium :( but filling and tastey...My goal isnt to get cut, i want size..Cuttng will wait...

Double 1/4 pounder w/cheese
large fries
SUsper size drink

1900 calories :)
 
That'll work as well. I'll use that also. Ya know i gotta switch up once in a while. Cant have mac and cheese everyday:rolleyes: ..
