frontloading for a newbie?

is frontloading necessary for a newbie in order to get the most out of the test or it will be pointless also since it will be about the 4-5th week for the test to kick in the reason i ask this ,i might do a "PUSSY CYCYLE" just to see how my body adapts to it and if i am capable to stick to a diet,from there i can tell if my body is ready

week1-2 400mg test
week3-10-200mg test
arimidex .25mg ED
week 12 clomid theraphy
 
What you have written looks very safe...You will see results, but I personally don't think running 400 throughout will be a problem ...especially since you are taking it alone. I don't know what your goals are and I don't want to push you...but You should get the most out of your cycle(but still be smart). And then take the proper amount of time off.

I have seen MANY guys start (like you) with 200mg a week for a few weeks and when its time to stop they are disappointed. This leads to them doing another cycle sooner than they should. So just make sure you take off a few months after you do whatever you do.

since you're using a test only cycle, why dont you go for 400 mg all the way ? It wont hurt and with a great diet you should see some amazing results.
 
original plan was 400mg test/400mg eq 10weeks but i dont know yet since what if i mess up my diet during the cycle so i was thinking doing a :PUSSY CYCLE: to see if i skrew something up

i really want to keep a good diet during the cycle
 
You are confusing me...why would you mess up your diet???

You are better off doing 400Test and 400EQ than doing a "pussy" cycle followed by another cycle.

what are your goals??
 
to gain muscle,hardly gain any fat..........but the only reason im a lil worried is the diet itself,everyday i gotta have the same 6meals,same calculations

350protein
200carbs-250 carbs
50fat

or do i even need a diet? as long as i get the 350protein,it dont matter what my meals look like each day as long as its clean?

See here the thing: YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO HAVE MASTER DIETING BY NOW! YOU DON'T START TO EAT RIGHT STICK YOURSELF WITH TESTOSTERONE AND "SEE" IF YOUR CAPABLE OF STICKING TO A DIET!!!

Nothing but a bunch of retarded kids looking for an easy way out when there isn't any. BBing is suppose to be fun, yes it's hard work and it takes a lot of dedication. Kids like you are the reason why people look at me funny in the street, you're the "I want to get as big as possible as fast as possible wihout any effort, so I can scare people at school" stupid kid.

i know to diet,but the problem is im moving and i want to get my diet 100% why are u flaming me? u think i dont want a perfect diet on the cycle.............its just that im moving and goin to a new college........
 
Doofy...stop being doofy.

You are thinking about fucking with your endocrine system. These are not toys. If you don't have the will to eat perfectly then you shouldn't be juicing.

Many people don't understand how the body works. You need to educate yourself about nutrition.

Carbs are just as important as Protein.

You also need to learn about supplementation.

Generally, it is a less than ideal time to run a cycle and try to maintain a 'perfect' diet if you are moving.

Concerning the frontloading - it is fine.
