My next cycle will be 500mg sust wk, 400 eq wk, 150 fina eod. My quesion is how do I determin how much to shoot the first wk or 2? I know I don't need to front load with the fina, but I'm not sure how to calculate the proper doses for the eq and sust.

To frontload double your dose for the first two weeks. That's what I do. Some say triple it for one week. I have no tried this, but many say they are both effective. triple dose seems like a lot in one week to me. just my .02

Frontload the sust and the eq. Fina is fast acting so no need to frontload. Fina works better @ 75ed rather than 150eod. It has a short half life, and that will sustain more even levels. How long is your cycle?
