when i first started lifting i was about 150 at 6'1'' .. started AS when i was 225 at 6'2''... now im cutting and im at 236.. still 6'2'' , lol.
 
Before 5'7 190 and pretty solid but with I got up to 230 at about 7 %BF. Now after my accident and surgeries back down to 180 but damn the girls seem to be liking it!

I just almost fell out of my chair laughing at your comment! Yea I guess I look like one of them Abercrombie surfer dudues now except without hair! Yea it was me that got stabbed but then after that I got hit with some brass knuckles and broke my jaw, nose, and shattered my eye socket! So I've been getting my food through a straw for about 8 weeks now! If it wasn't for bad luck I wouldn't have any!
 
cycled 4 years ago, went from 180 to 200, started in good shape (6'1 and around 14 % bf)
after a lot of partying and travelling went way down (was at a point were i was in the 150's, probably around 5-6% bf)
put in a lot of hard work and came up to 180 at 10 % bf
now straight test at 400mg, and up to low 190's same bf

im a happy camper these days

I'm glad you're back bro. It seems most of the familiar names have disappeared from the forum. Perhaps their still here and just not posting. Allot of noobs have joined since January... I miss the Elite of just a few months ago.

im prob going to get flamed when i tell you guys this. I was only 135lbs when I did my first so called "CYCLE". It was dbol I took 30mg of dbol everyday for 8 weeks. LOL! gained 35lbs. Then I found out what the hell I did and didnt do a cycle agian until 200lbs. btw im 6'2 I was a skinny bastard!
 
i was skinny my whole life then after the first year of lifting i looked normal and now i look muscular after the 2nd year and now i am about to do a cycle, for god sakes I wrestled 103lb in highschool
 
its funny, i was classified as your A typical nerd/quiet type and then i was introduced to weights 8 years ago and got hooked, more or less i "disappeared" for a good 2 years and no one had seen me for a while and when i emerged from my "hiatus" people were astonished and right away juice was said to have been my answer well i didnt touch that for another 4 years and then people really questioned how i did it.....

began at say 5'9"ish 165 or so and today sit at 5'9"ish and a dieted down and cut up 204 (as of today) heaviest i was was 239 but very bloated .....havent cycled in 2 years and may or may not hit it again but ill say its been something im glad i got into (lifting and the life style) for as long as i live......

6"2 196 natural was pretty much where I peaked at. With football practice and running constantly, diet alone was really not enough to push me past that.

With the majority of my teammates on gear at that time, and me being left behind... in order to compete I decided to jump into the scene also.

I got up to 216 pounds, but when spring football rolled around GOD MY LEGS WERE HEAVY! lol. I had to drop some weight to be able to run a lot easier. I ended up leveling off at 206 which is where I stayed pretty much for the rest of my college career.

I let myself get back down to 180 by sitting on the couch being a lazy bastard. I hit the gym hard 5 months ago, and got my diet back in check. Im now in week 9 of Test520/Deca500 ew and Im back up to 208 now and goin strong. :chomp:
 
Shit, I started lifting at about 145lbs 5'9" 23 years old and about 15-18% BF.... Now, obviously, 5'9" 205 26 years old and about 13% BF.... Aiming for around 210-220 (was going for 240!) with about 6-9%BF... Getting there slowly but surely... :) Never used juice at all ;)
