2010
went to afghanistan and put it into my head i want to get jacked. living in miami opened my eyes to what women deep down really want… JACKED MOFOS… and if they don't well there is something wrong with them hahaha.
So i trained for 6 months hardcore eating and OVERDOSING on protein lol. I was 140lb. 5'9 maybe 12% body fat. I jumped up to 155 naturally.
Late 2010
Did first cycle. SUST250 the arab 1ml vials… with deca250 and dbol. All pharma grade shit.. Ran for about 9 weeks then PCT clomid nolvadex.
2011 chilled just hit the gym did some test nothing crazy.
2012
went back to afghanistan and started another cycle.
I kinda abused it this time and ran TEST at 750 TREN 600 for about 7 months lol… My shit still worked fine and I took HCG CLOMID and i popped right back thank god and did blood work.
2013
still working out i ran a cycle of TEST500, MASTERON 650 and EQ 600 finishing with WINNY.
My diet this time was on POINT. Carbs only before and after working out. FISH FISH FISH all day long. I leaned out really well from this.
Towards the END of 2013
I did a bulker COCKTAIL 1ml had 200test, 200deca, 200EQ, and Dbol. I got pretty good gains on this.. i was eating everything clean and tons of cereal. PCT clomid during the whole cycle i had been using this cream that you rub on from MRSUPPS. Shit works good. Kept most of my gains.
NOW 2014.
I started TEST 500/week, Mast 400/week, EQ600 /week, 50mg anavar(i have 200 50mg tabs.) will run till end. Im thinking ill run the rest of the cycle for 3 or 4 months. I have HCG which ima starting doing in a week or so. Arimidex EOD and maybe get some HGH for a year but ima wait on that.
attachments… THE last one should be in the 2nd spot to be in order. The one where I'm in my shorts pulled up is the current status of me. 30 years old. 181lb not to sure about body fat. Just thought i would share with my bros.
