That's mexican for black beans dumbass. I'm cookins some gigantic buritos shortly. Very easy:

cook hamburger with taco seasoning,

put burger onto large flour shell, add lettuce,

roll up, pile on mounds of cheese,

drench with canned enchilada sauce,

into microwave for 5 minutes.

Trust me, this mofos are awesome. I'll probably eat 2. I put sour cream on mine. And of course the F. nigros on the side.

BTW--have you noticed how expensive canned enchilada sauce is?

Back to the topic of black beans... I used to eat these quite a bit with brown rice. I would cook the beans in this Goya brand seasoning called Sofrito. It comes in a jar and is basically a tomato base mixed with garlic, peppers, cilantro, onion, etc. Good stuff.
