as for cheat day - I've had enough of this dieting shit, it just makes me mad at everyone on the board... well, mainly just the dipshits - BUT THERE ARE SO MANY OF THEM...
anyway, I've decided to take the concept of the cheat day and toy with it.
I'm gonna eat only lard and deep fried chocolate (dipped in butter), and then have a "cheat day" where I eat very healthy.
