I dont understand this mentality. It was an accident. Why must someone be punished? If the guy intentionally killed them, then yes. But dont you think this guy feels horrible enough that he killed guys who were fighting on his side? How would you feel if you made a mistake and killed friends? I think his punishment was handed to him the minute he found out what happened.
