Friend approached me about moving into a place together

We're both professionals and he would probably make a good roommate because he isn't immature. I just don't know if at the age of 32 I want to live with another person. I'm planning on renting by myself by the end of next month but this would save me a buttload of money for a year, maybe enough to save up a bigger down payment to buy a place. Plus it would be a fun time because we're both single and outgoing guys, place would likely be a pussy palace. However, he is a night owl and I'm a morning person so that could be potential conflict.

He just brought it up tonight over a beer and I'm thinking about it. Anyone got some pros and cons for me to consider?

i would never live with a guy. many are slobs, many have personality problems, many are total losers. i'd rather live by myself, or a chick.
