free test vs unbound test

I was ordering some lab work to test my levels of test and they said that there were two seperate tests, one for unbound and one for free test. Whats the difference, I thought they were the same thing? The free test is $50 more, too. Which one should I get done?

Get them both...but if you only get one, get free test.

Free Test is considered active while bound is inactive You could have decent test numbers but low free test. So if you only could get one test it should probably be free test.
