There's an exemption for devices commonly sold at retail, so most medical device manufacturers added a little retail labeling on all their Class I devices and told the tax man to STFU.

Liberals can use terms like that since they care so much for minorities in the first place. If I were a minority, I'd be pissed since liberals see them more like pets that have to be protected instead of people who have the right to prosper. That's the real racism.
