I did 40 drop sets of machine flyes tonight and felt the burn unlike anyman has ever felt it before.

When I got home, I had added 6" to my chest!!!!

Yeah, squat bar really dig into the top of your back and that hurts so bad..never trying that again..

This entire thread was a joke.. I was pissed off today at the damn frat kids wearing out the bearings on the cable crossovers while I am trying to do deadlifts and cleans...

I only do heavy compound movements..

Same with NFG.
 
Just like all those big guys in the free weight area. They don't have a clue. I only use machines and do lots of cardio(mostly arobics). I have only been training for 10 years, and already have 16"biceps.
