Frank Sepe -- before and after

Ercole

New member
Just ran across these Frank Sepe "before and after" photos. He started out pretty skinny! Check 'em out. Here's the BEFORE photo.

Shoot. It won't let me post my "totally jacked" picture of Sepe, since months ago I posted it to a different thread.

Let's at least try to post the before picture. Nope, I am told THAT file is too large to post.

I give up. Anyone reading this: sorry for wasting your time!

Sepe used to train at Deer Park Golds on Long Island.....He was a monster..Big f@#Kin boy(also a gear head)But the $$$was better to go into fitness..He is a smart guy Pros stay on top for only a while...Doing model shoots he does not need to spend $$on all ther shit..Granted he is on the basics...clen winny t3 but not near the cost of GH and all that shit..2 thumbs up goes to Sepe.........

I too have ran into this problem before on eBay and other sites which regulate the file size of pictures. There is a program called BMPtoGif, which I believe is available at download.com. Get it.

Typically, .gif files are very very small. Even a file that would be hundreds of kb as a jpeg (.jpg) or bitmap file (.bmp) will be considerably less.

BMPtoGif will not convert .bmp/.jpg to gif unless you use BMPtoGif Pro (an included product with the download). The downside: the trial version shuts down after 7 days, meaning you have to uninstall and delete the folder out and reinstall it. (or buy it, lol)

If you had 2 pictures to post side by side, like you do here, I'd:
1. Open the first pic with Paint, copy it
2. Open a new Bitmap file and paste
3. Open the second pic with Paint, copy it
4. Go to the new bitmap file and paste
5. Save the file and rename it to whatever
6. Convert with BMPtoGif

I'm sure there are other programs like this out there. If anyone else has a better free one, feel free to post it. Hope this helps.
