I am sick of this weather! It's only rained maybe 4 inches but the storm isn't over. It's downgraded to a tropical storm. I live on beachfront property. At hightide tonight and tomorrow morning we are suppose to have surges up to at least 5ft. but could be higher. It's very windy still. There are limbs and smaller twigs all over my street. I lost the lid to my water softner thing that you put the salt pellets into. Don't know where it's at. My landline telephone is out. I have no dialtone. My cellphone can't get a signal. The bridges are all closed. But it's suppose to get worse by 8pm tonight. I lost power for maybe 15 secs. twice today.

I walked around the streets here and saw a lot of damage so I'm very lucky. There is a boat a few houses down from me that is stuck on the sand. It had to come from at least 5 miles away which is where the dock is at.

I'm talking to my friend on AIM who lives in my parents town and experienced some damage. A huge tree feel on his house. They lost part of their roof. Here are some pictures of his damage.

I just wish the gym was open. At least that would give me something to do. I'm so bored.

I wish! There aren't even any leaves on it.

Now there is a curfew from 6pm-6am until further notice. We can't even leave our houses now. This sucks!

They did say the worse is yet to come. The other half of the storm will be here later today and most of tomorrow. Maybe the one big tree in my yard will fall right on my tree.

I lost power for over 18 hours. Just got it back a few little while ago. Some big trees fell around me.

Ahh, I love having A/C again.
