fractional jet ownership

Anyone use netjets or any other fractional jet membership programs? Through company or personal? Any likes, dislikes?

my father was thinking about it for his business but it isint worth it if you have more then one person needing to be in the air at one time. Looking to purchase one but to be honest the biggest expense is a pilot, well gas now. They are still in a union and get paid damn good.

My uncle uses Netjet. He's a 1/3 owner of a plane. Once when he needed to fly unexpectedly his plane was in use, but they found a plane for him to fly on. Maybe because he paid so much for the thing. Fractional ownership is EXPENSIVE. I think the cheapest is around $500k down plus 30k/month.
