Fox News to do a one hour show on Anabolic Steroids.

Dear Members,

Fox news will be doing a one hour show on Anabolic Steroids in the coming weeks.

I spoke with them at length today about the EliteFitness.com site in particular and about anabolic steroids in general. My hope is that they will present an unbiased and non-sensational look at anabolic steroids and the adults that chose to use them. I also encouraged them to speak with my friend Rick Collins and also with you our members here on the boards.

Fox suggested that they might want me to appear on the show, but I am way too shy to go on television. I imagine they will be looking for other spokespeople as well.

I have invited them to browse the forums and to post questions of you our members as they see fit. The Fox news member name is "foxmon." I ask that you be respectful of them if they do chose to post.

My hope is that something good can come of this.

wow that is awesome. you should get AAP or galaxy to go on TV cuz even if the audience doesnt like steroids or us at least they know we are huge and can kick their ass j/k. very cool though.

I'm curious if it was a local fox afflitiate who contacted you, or someone higher up? I have some friends who work there at the higher up levels and was just wondering if they knew anything about what slant the show might take. I'd hate to call them out if it was too negative... j/k
