Hey everybody, 2 Year's ago, I was 302.5lbs, I lost all the weight, I got down to 174lbs (Glycogen Depleted) @ 11-12% BF, I started my August 1st, I'm up to 185lbs (Water weight etc) Probably at 13-15% BF range, I want to hop on Test E and run a 12 week cycle, I believe I'm ready for it, I have a friend who's going to get me everything I need, but I want to run this properly, and take everything necessary to prevent any serious sides.
If any of you can give me a list of thing's I need, such as estrogen blockers, PCT etc that would be great.
My stat's are
22
6ft
185lbs
13-15% BF
245x5 Bench
255x5 Squat
405x3 Dead Lift
Just to give an idea of my current strength.
My goal is to increase size while slowly reducing BF% and of course after my cycle to cut my BF to 8-10% and be shredded for Summer 2014.
I was going to do it naturally, but I've already been training for 2 year's, I regret ever getting so big, but I've put in my time, and my sweat and hard work in the gym to get where I am now, I just want a little help, I only plan on doing 1 cycle to get me where I wanna be, and then continue my journey without enhancer's in the future.
