Former Fatty, 22 Year's old, Need advice.

Hey everybody, 2 Year's ago, I was 302.5lbs, I lost all the weight, I got down to 174lbs (Glycogen Depleted) @ 11-12% BF, I started my August 1st, I'm up to 185lbs (Water weight etc) Probably at 13-15% BF range, I want to hop on Test E and run a 12 week cycle, I believe I'm ready for it, I have a friend who's going to get me everything I need, but I want to run this properly, and take everything necessary to prevent any serious sides.

If any of you can give me a list of thing's I need, such as estrogen blockers, PCT etc that would be great.


My stat's are


22
6ft
185lbs
13-15% BF

245x5 Bench
255x5 Squat
405x3 Dead Lift

Just to give an idea of my current strength.

My goal is to increase size while slowly reducing BF% and of course after my cycle to cut my BF to 8-10% and be shredded for Summer 2014.

I was going to do it naturally, but I've already been training for 2 year's, I regret ever getting so big, but I've put in my time, and my sweat and hard work in the gym to get where I am now, I just want a little help, I only plan on doing 1 cycle to get me where I wanna be, and then continue my journey without enhancer's in the future.

Your 6' tall and only 185. My recommendation would be to put on some more mass naturally.

Want size, work them legs!!! Your squat is almost the same as your bench.
 
Hey man, first off I wanna say congrats to losing all that weight! That takes a lot of will power and determination....why do you think you're ready to juice? You are still young...
 
Yeah, I've been hitting leg's hard lately, My Squat has gone up from 185 to 265 since August 1st, I just neglected my leg's, I've learned to love lower body day's.

and to answer why I wanna get on juice is because, I would love to be in top shape by my 23rd birthday, My dad was in amazing shape when he was 23, he was 6'2 215lbs @ 10%, trained for 7 year's all naturally, I would love to be in the same kind shape as him, I don't know if it's doable or not.. I've been bouncing back and fourth with staying natural, and just putting on size naturally till I plateau, but the temptation is alway's there, It seems so nice to imagine 20lbs of LBM gained in a 12 week cycle vs a year and a half of training.
 
I know its not what you want to hear but zyglamail is right. I would go for a lean bulk (natural) and try to eat as clean as possible to keep the bf% down. Do this until jan or feb then start your cut and you'll put on some quality mass. Utilize creatine, BCAA, Glutamine, test boosters, etc to help you along the way. I'd personally give it a few more years but its your choice. You're cheating yourself out of gains otherwise

A test cycle is going to be pushing you to get 20lbs lbm in 12 weeks

whoever told you this is blowing smoke up your ass

it takes more than even a year and a half of training to get 20 pounds of LBM. you want a short cut to do it in 12 weeks.. not possible and not smart anyway.
