You can, under medical supervision, it is called TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy.)
If you continue taking test for the rest of your life and don't take anyting else with it you will likely have some issues with gyno and totally shut down whateve natural production you have. If you don't do bloodwork every 4-6 months you will not know what adjustments you also need to make and could end up with other problems thus making your situation worse than when you started.
But if you do your research (or work with a doc) and take test with a few other added substances - also checking bloodwork when you need to you can take it for life and improve your Quality of life immensely. There are many people on this forum doing this very thing and having great results.
Ask around and you will learn more than most family docs know about HRT - or go to a specialist that knows his or her stuff.
