Fordyce spots on lips from digestive toxicity

I began to notice little white dots around my lips and I'm starting to get embarrassed because I don't want ppl to think it's anything elese they don't look like cold sores. but I think it's the excessive supplements and prohormone I've been taking causing it to create a yeast infection. Has anyone had white dots around lips. And how to get rid of them the only thing I can think that might help is lactobacillus probiotic
