Was talking to someone about bulking up. He is a pretty big, dude. I’ve known him my whole life and he used to be really skinny. He told me that the way he started to gain more size, was he started to eat enough where he felt like he was gonna throw up.
I tried this out the past few days and I’ve literally been throwing up and it’s hard to keep food down. Do you have any sensible advice for me when it comes to eating more with bulking?
