I am doing my first comp diet is going well I am very very strict not cheating one bit at all, I am at prob 7-8 % bodyfat my comp is 39 days away...I am only having trouble with my midsection it is not looking as good as I want I am uping my cardio this week to 5-6 times for about 35-45 minutes, and next week I start super setting..I was wondering if I will see better results when I start sodium and water depletion...or any ideas on what to take or do?? currently on fina/suspension blend, armidex, clen (not yet next week and winny tabs)...?
