? for those who compete...... regarding Fina...

Im curious as to whether or not you drop the fina before your contest? I know a lot of people drop test and other injectables before a show, but Im guessing most continue with the fina since it wont make you hold water. My other question is, if you were to drop the fina, how long will it stay in your system to help you stay nice and hard for your show, and have the effects in your body?

Man, I never really got a clear answer on this topic. Kinda depends who you aks honestly. I know of many guys who will run there gear all the way until contest date and prefer that method, than I also know those who advocate dropping the longer ester bases at about 2 weeks out, dropping the shorter ester injectables at about 1 week out, and dropping any tabs except possibly Halo's by Wednesday of show week? Honestly it's probably one of those things you need to try for yourself to see what works better.

Well I am going to run out of fina 5 days before a photoshoot that Im prepping for, Im hoping that the effects will still be with me.

especially if you are using a diuretic, run it right up till the day. I as on masteron/var/winny the day of the show, and couldnt have been drier

What are your thoughts on me being 5 days short? I had everything planned properly and the shoot got pushed back 5 days. Im not dropping the enanthate, but im dropping it down to 250/wk, and I will be running 100mg winny tabs up til the shoot.

i think as long as you run the winny up until then you will look the same as you did 5 days before, its only 5 days bro.
i would drop the enanthate IMO, your going to hold water with it. You want to sacrifice size for cuts in a photoshoot, the camera will put 10lbs on you as it is.
