As a female - I wouldn't touch it in any form. Damage to my liver is that last thing I am worried about with Winny ... Winny is too unpredictable for me.

Yeah that is what I am finding out. Never ran it before and don't think I will chance it. Effects are kinda bad, even with milk thistle
