hi, you answered me in my thread "is my diet plan OK?" so can you me something reccomended about stuff as how long must i doing cardio what type of cardio, what about food. What about training and suplement. All information about me is at other thread {weight, training, BF..] I would like know what about food, how many calories have i eat how many carbs i can please write me, I'm dieting long time but I don't know what have I doing yet.
