hi, you answered me in my thread "is my diet plan OK?" so can you me something reccomended about stuff as how long must i doing cardio what type of cardio, what about food. What about training and suplement. All information about me is at other thread {weight, training, BF..] I would like know what about food, how many calories have i eat how many carbs i can please write me, I'm dieting long time but I don't know what have I doing yet.

Every thing i saw that you ate in the diet thread with Daisy looks good. obviously she is better to answer your questions about diet, bc she is the one that has been helping me! as far as cardio, you can do all the cardio you want and not achieve what your goal is if you don't bump it up! if you are going at a regular pace all the time your body is used to it and not burning what it needs to. Try the HIIT plan, where you do for example the eliptical for about 30 min. (just example) go two min. at a good pace to get your heart rate up, and then the next minute push it as hard as you can. It is basically doing intervals where it makes your body burn fat. you can do that on any cardio machine.... AS far as your weight training you need to change that up to if you have been doing the same thing all the time. i would recomend going up in weight and shocking your body, bc if you are "toning" then your not acutally trying to put on muscle to burn through the fat....(which in my opinion from your stats you don't have much to burn!) let me know what you are doing for weight training and maybe i can tweak it a little to get more results..... hope what i am saying helps.
