? for drinkers

How many of you guys had to quit drinking alcohol to get lean. If not then did you change your drink or just cut back.
 
Hard alcohol keeps me alot leaner than beer. I pretty much stopped drinking all together over the past 5 weeks and since have gotten tremedouly cut. I also stopped smoking and have notice an increase in size because of it.
 
no alcohol on serious cycle..

While bridging, I'll have one or a pair a night some nights. No heavy weekend nights at the local Irish Pub though-then only when off. Hell you got to live sometime.
 
drinking slows my progress down, pius it makes me less into working out, that why I quit 2 years ago, Im now 21 and growing like a lean beef cake.
 
Just stay with the hard, distilled, stuff.Ex-Vodka,Gin,Tequilla, but no Rum(sugars are in it). And fight those late night food cravings like the plauge. Eating and drinking is what kills peoples physiques.
 
I basically quit drinking altogether after starting my cycle almost 3 months ago. I feel that it has helped alot and I continue to gain now even though my cycle ended a few weeks ago. I feel that as long as alcohol is in your system, you are at a standstill as far as gains and recovery are concerned.
 
i dont drink any alcoholic drinks but maybe 1 time a wk and thats like 3-4 beers.. i try to stay sober....EXECPT WEED!:havoc: the best trhing for a 6-pack is diet & exercise
 
if you are a non drinker, try one night of getting hammered. the next morning you will have shreds like you couldn't believe. That's right, alcohol is the best diruetic

This is true. This past weekend I got completely torn back for the first time in awhile, resisted eating though. In the morning when I woke up I expected to look in the mirror and feel like bloated shit. I was in utter amazement when I saw that I was shredded. I'm dieting right now, and probably 6% or so, but that is the leanest I have looked yet, including when I'm at the gym fully pumped, shit I had veins buldging out of my abs, hams, everything.

Normally, when I'm dieting, I don't drink alcohol, at all. I don't condone it, but instead here and there if I want to get loopy I'll take a hand full of percs. But I have an extremely non-addictive personality and it's no worry.

(I don't sell them, and I have a legit Dr.'s Rx so there is no need for anyone to PM me asking me for some)
