How can i make a looping GIF or JPEG from a downloaded video? Also, how can i make that looping file from the video only a piece of the orginal (as in bottom half of the orginal movie file loops from 30:17- 30:19 ) Any ideas?
You would have to save individual frames of the video as jpgs then string them together as an animated gif file. Video is normally 24 or 30 frames per second so you're looking at 75-90 jpgs, which would be a huge gif. You'd want to cut that to 1/4 at most.
