I am very new to the active bodybuilding scene, yet I am not new to fitness nor bodybuilding. I have quite a few friends that are active competitors and I am a certified trainer (natural). I am on the verge of starting gear, and I need help with cycling. I have read alot more than I care to, about 3 times over, and very few things are consistant. Here is my issue... I have aquired quite a bit of gear, too much for a novice for one cycle, so I need help dividing things up into 2 cyles. I am about 6'3" - 6'4", about 225lbs-230lbs (roughly 11% to 13% body fat) Here is what I have:

30ml Test Cyp.(250mg/ml)
20ml Sustanon(250mg/ml)
40ml Equipoise(200mg/ml)
10ml Deca(250mg/ml)
500 tabs Clen(20mcg/tab)
1000 tabs t3(50mcg/tab)
105 tabs D-bol(10mg/tab)-->30mg per day for 5wks

Preventatives and anti's
-----------------------
200 tabs Proviron(25mg/tab)
100 tabs Nolvadex(10mg/tab)
70 tabs Clomid(50mg/tab)
10,000IU HCG

I am not sure how suceptible I am to gyno so I have all the preventatives on hand in case plus the PCT (the HCG is only for one of the cycles. I am assuming I have enough Nolva, CLomid, and Proviron for 2, but I may need help with that as well). I have about 4 different variations written up, but I am calling on the pros, and experts to help me out! Are 2 cycles possible without adding more? And what would you suggest? I am hoping to get some feedback along with everyones suggestions, from experience or just scientific knowledge, so I have logic behind the suggestions. Thanks all! P.S. there are some on the board who would probably reccommend arimidex over proviron (lots of threads about this) and would also say that that is a lot of gear even for 2 cycles. there are also some here who would probably draw your attention to previous threads discussing the use of something like 250 sust for 10 weeks and the gains you would likely get on that alone. lol that is a lot of gear imo
 
It would help if state your goals that you wish to accomplish with your first cycle.
Personally and this only my opinion. I would do a 10wk cycle of the sustanon, cycle up and cycle down. Noveldex 10-20mg a day,wks 12-15 pct.
wks1-2 250mg
wk 3 500mg
wks 4-6 750mg
wks 7-9 500mg
wk 10 250mg

You should grow plenty from your first cycle of sust250 as long as you eat right, train hard and get enough sleep.

I would save the Deca, dbol and Cyp. for the second cycle(get another bottle of deca) I love the deca dbol cycle grow, grow grow........
And thats my 2 cents worth,
 
I would stick with a test only or a test/deca or test/EQ cycle for your first.....your second cycle could be pretty much the same but maybe throwin some dbolat the beginning....I woldn't worry about dividing things up into 2 cycles....you might not use all of it in 2 cycles anyway and find yourself needing moreofsomething as well.....

justify this regime. it is non sensical to me.
not being an asshole but that is a silly way to dose sust
 
Just go with 250mg of sust every four days or something with 0.5mg of l-dex ED. If you would rather go with the proviron and nolva or whatever, then that should be fine as well. Diet and training do the rest.
 
Thanks to all that have taken the time to reply. My goals are to gain about 25-30 lbs during this cycle (by the comparisons to what I have read all over the net, that doesn't seem out of the question). Through some of my other sources they seem to think with my size at where it is I would need to stack along with my diet and training. Right now I eat somewhere between 2000-2500cals a day and I plan to bump that up to 4000 for the first 4 weeks and go up dependant on the results I am getting. I am a soccer player so I currently run fairly often (which is why I don't grow), but I am going to discontinue which is why I considered the Clen and t3. Will Sus only help an already 230 pounder grow (even if it is my first time)? Then, how do I implement the anti's if I am gyno sensitive? I have heard not to take clomid or nolva at the same time as HCG. Is this true?

yes u will gain a lot on susta only!!but do atleast 500mgs each week, at any sign of gyno 40mgs nolva untill signs are gone..thats what they are telling. and it should be alright to do nolva and clomid along whit hcg. i havent done pct gear but i did test for my first cycle and gained alot(35lbs)...and crached so do clomid at the end and hcg if u get problems whit your balls, atleast that what they say ...good luck
 
Gaining 25 lbs lf muscle is probably out of the question. Regardless, very impressed that you loaded up on ancillaries before starting.
 
Thanks all. All suggestions are still welcome. As for all the "ancillaries", I was a biology major in college, so I tend to be scientific in all my endevers. I have taken all my readings into consideration b/c not everyone is on the same page with thoughts nor experiences. I would much rather be safe than become a statistic. Any suggestions on the second cycle? I plan to take 4 months off after the first and start a new. Just trying to be like you guys! Again thanks to everyone who has taken time to comment. Since its your first time on gear I would try 500mg sust a week for 10 weeks and judge your progress on that remember it takes a few weeks to kick in, then come back and adjust your goals etc. from there. Keep diet and training and pct in order and 10 weeks of sust should do you good.keep the rest for later.
