I have been in football for 3-4 weeks now.. And its kicking the shit out of my gains. I have lost 10 pounds of what i gained since football.. I eat a HUGE ass breakfast before football. and i get a protein shake after football.. But i still lost 10 pounds. What im wondering is am i losing mostly fat or muscle.. And what can i do to prevent muscle loss while being forced to do super hard cardio...
