If you're on a bulking diet, would 50g of protein per meal for 6-7 meals be good? And what about intaking around 5000-6000 cals?
 
good luck getting 5-6k of clean foods in,why not cut the cals in half but have a clean diet and bulk without the fat gain?

I did the get as big as possible regardless of fat gain for the longest time and now its hard as hell to lose fat

just another option bro,Im starting a bulk next week on 2500-2800cals all clean foods
