Both my vehicles are XFM ready.

I have considered getting it, but have been putting it off for a while now.

What the service run for ya, Coal ($$) ?

I got XM radio (Sattelite) for all my vehicles and cannot believe how nice it is to hear hours upon hours of music without talk or commercials. Any kind of music you want. Heavy Metal to trance to Comedy stations to Sports. Everytime I ghet into someone elses vehicle I turn the damn radio off because all it is is "talk talk talk talk." FM Blows!

FM radio is free.
XM is gonna be like a laserdisk is now.

That's only true with the advent of VCD's.

I still see many a laserdisk at certain occasions.

I think it's like 8 bucks every 3 months or so. Chump change and worth the price of me having to turn the damn station dial all the time.

Any reception issues coal other than when in tunnels etc ?

I was wondering the same thing...

If cloud and other weather conditions cover might affect the reception.

I can listen to the same station from california to New york without any interuption unless in tunnel or pulling into garage. It's CD quality sound also. I love it and am thinking on getting a portable one that should be coming out soon.
