I've bought some frozen Arrowtooth flounder fillets
100% fish
No added crap
I thought flounder was a lean fish
The label says around 90 cal/100g
But when I cook it - just heat it in a pan - it looks like it is a very fatty fish (like salmon) and it "tastes fat"
So what ?
Is it a lean fish as most white fish or a fatty one like mackerel, salmon etc ?
BTW, it is yummy
