Nah...I'm so inexperienced that I put the joint out with my wet fingers when it got passed around.

I have paid more administrative fines for the stuff related to my DUI. The fines and court costs were like $500, but the other shit has cost me well in excess of $2000. (classes, temporary license stuff etc., and I wasn't even convicted.)

Weird. Fines are the new tax - everyone will vote for them thinking that they won't have to pay it.

One that I know if is that if you are jailed for over 24 hours, the state has the option of imposing a $3000 civil penatly.
