Flooded recepters? Help!

I am 21years old and have been diagnosed with natural low test levels, Every 2 weeks for the rest of my life I must get a sust 250 1ml shot by a doctor, I recently scored 120mls of test cyp 75mg per ml. I have been training for 12 mths, eat clean etc. Are my recepters flooded? should I use this gear or am I wasting my time, please help. any advice on how to clean them out would be greatly appeciated.

What makes you think your receptors are 'flooded?'

Receptors don't get dirty-- no need to 'clean' them out. Your body makes new AR's every day.
