Just wanted to introduce myself to the board. Came over here from CJM.. been a lot of bullshit surrounding that board lately, and it looks like you guys have a good thing going here so I figured i'd check things out

Been around bodybuilding on and off for a few years. Im competing in my first show May 29th. Hopefully i'll be able to bring some knowledge forward and learn a lot myself
