he looks great, im proud of him. He still IMO lookes better than 90% of the pros out there. I agree with Mischief, once the water goes we hill look tight as hell. Will we see glute ham tie-ins? i sure hope so, at that shape flex is unbeatable (ex. Ron).

I can tell he stopped synthol applications, his rear delts and claves has deflated immensely. i cant wait to see him compete!

yes that's true,his calves are not as big as they used to be... I prefer them now,they look better...

I like his shape now,just wait he drops all water and BOOM he'll look great !!! excepted if he fucks up the pre compet diet (carb reload.... )
